First edition, hardcover, inscribed by Holman and dated Sept. 25, 1939 on the half title page with a pamphlet featuring a short story by Holman laid in that is signed by his wife on their behalf and dated Christmas 1960. The binding is shaken but remains firm throughout, and the book also has bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, sunning to the spine and head, and gentle rubbing to the cloth. Overall, this is a solid, Very Good copy.
