Chicago: Quadrangle Books, 1965. Octavo. Hardcover with a dust jacket. First edition. Inscribed by the author on the first end paper. Black boards with white lettering. Corners of the front board ever so slightly bumped; else fine. Unclipped jacket has three closed tears, rubbing to the foot of the spine, and minor soiling to the back cover. Book is near fine, jacket is in good condition but still attractive.
