This multiple/catalogue is hand SIGNED by the artist Bettina Werner known as the "Salt Queen"; a numbered limited edition of 200 copies; the front of the wooden slipcase is textured surface of salt (in yellow), resin and pigment; the sides and back of the thick wooden box slipcase is also hand painted in yellow; box size: 11-1/4 x 9 x 2 inches; inside the wooden slipcase are 10 thick card board cards: 6 colored illustrations of the artist work from the 1995 exhibition, back of 1 is a b&w photo card of her hand, and 4 text cards one by Marisa del Re; SHORT BIO: Bettina Werner's artwork has been exhibited in Museums, galleries and public places extensively throughout Europe, Russia and the United States, including: the Whitney Museum, the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, the Detroit Institute of Art, Portofino Museum, Italy, Triennale Museum in Milan, Las Vegas Art Museum, Chase Manhattan Bank, the collection of Herbert and Dorothy Vogel, the collection of Martin Margulies of Miami and Nicos; one of the cards has a small bent at top edge, otherwise everything is in EXCELLENT COND.
