FIRST EDITION. INSCRIBED BY MILLARD TO HARRY CARR as follows: "To Mr. Harry Carr/With my good wishes/Bailey Millard." Carr's bookplate affixed to front pastedown. 8vo. (20 cm.) xi, 133p. Green cloth with black letters on the front cover and with black and gilt spine label. Decorated title page. Just touches of wear to extremities, cloth clean and bright, gilt on spine label dulled, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. No dust jacket. Bailey Millard [1893-1939] was a printer, journalist and publisher who published works by upcoming authors like Jack London and Joaquin Miller. Harry C.
