Rader builds her entire program for better golf upon the fundamentals -- grip, posture, stance, ball position, alignment, and target awareness -- and demonstrates why they're so important to beginners, experienced amateurs, and pros like Tiger Woods and Karrie Webb.
Rock Solid Golf shows how you can use them to simplify every aspect of your game.
Rock Solid Golf will also show you how to:
-- Lower your handicap
-- Master the fundamentals
-- Create a consistent, accurate swing
-- Develop a deadly short game
-- Tackle tough courses
-- Choose an instructor
-- Use fitness as your secret weapon
-- And much, much more.
