Octavo. 148pp. Binding with modest wear, a small cover stain, and some spotting on the textblock edges, with contemporary news articles tipped-on to the verso of the front blank, recto of the frontispiece, both sides of the rear fly, both sides of a tipped-in page, and rear pastedown. Toned newsprint in the rear causing some offsetting there, a very good copy. Nicely Inscribed on the front blank: "January 18, 1939. To my friend, Janice Van-Der-holf, With expressions of highest esteem, S.C.G. Watkins." Montclair, New Jersey, as the author remembers it from 1876. Seller Inventory # 543246
