This 2005 first printing has been signed on the title page. He has written funny sayings on recycled boxes. There is a section on Hurricane Ivan with photographs and another on condos. The book is very fine. The dust jacket is near fine with a very tiny tear at the top of the front panel and a bit of rubbing near the fold also on the front panel. Language: eng.
