Additionally, this copy has been inscribed to the editor "For Peter Kaplan" dated in the year of issue "October 26, 1975" and signed by the author at the top of the title page. Blue pictorial wrappers with French flaps about 5.5" x 8.5", saddle-stapled, 24+ pages. Very Good with light stress creasing to the spine area, a few tiny/minute stains to the front cover, some toning to the rear cover edges and to a circular portion of the center of the rear cover, upper corner creasing to the rear of the book.
