In this fascinating memoir, DeLay opens up about the experiences that have shaped him. He shares details of his personal conversion to Christ, which profoundly changed his life, saved his marriage, strengthened his political outlook, and formed the basis of everything he stands for today. He also reveals what really happened in his final days as a congressman, taking the reader behind the Capitol's closed doors and into Washington, D.C.'s network of alliances, egos, and lies. Forward by Rush Limbaugh; preface by Sean Hannity. Photographs and an index are included. This HARDCOVER copy is clean and solid. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, inscribed on the half-title page.
