The music, not printed here, was by Burt Bacharach.Signed on the title-page by Neil Simon and Burt Bacharach as well as the director Robert Moore and four members of the cast: Jerry Orhback, A. Larry Haines, Marian Mercer and one whose identity is uncertain.Faint signs of damp to endpapers. Very good indeed in very good, slightly rubbed dustwrapper faded at the spine.
