First edition. Foreword by Kirk Douglas. Fine in very good dustwrapper with some tiny nicks, a very small tear and spotting on the thin spine. Warmly Inscribed by Livingston. The Foreword by actor Kirk Douglas displays his signature in facsimile. The author was a Mount Holyoke graduate who taught English in New York High Schools.
