INSCRIBED BY SERVOS AND DATED THE YEAR OF PUBLICATION ON THE FFEP: "(TO) E.P. JOHNSON FROM THE AUTHOR 1905". A deluxe private publication with beveled board edges and gilt titling. Wear to spine cloth extremities else clean covers. Contents clean and bright without underlining, marginalia, soiling, creases, tears, etc. Very scarce. Covers protected in mylar.
