First edition, first printing. Signed by Norman Vincent Peale on the front free endpaper and inscribed "To my friend J. B. Shores with admiration of his Christian character and with the affection of the author" and dated in the year of publication. Bound in publisher's original dark blue cloth-affect boards lettered in white. Very Good with light wear to corners and spine ends, pages toned. In a Good unclipped dust jacket with rubbing to joints with splits started, edge wear and fading to the spine.
