Jacket near fine, slight discoloration to edges, price-clipped, not faded. Preface by Alice Waters, illustrations by Wayne Thiebaud. Lindsey Shere was the longtime pastry chef at Chez Panisse who here presents her inspired dessert recipes, notably her Almond Tart, great pies, etc. 341 pages. M04984.
