Studio Publications in assoc. with Thomas Crowell 1953, First Edition, no added printings indicated. Accompanied by a Book News letter from the Crowell Co. Hardbound in black cloth with gold lettering on the spine, 232 pages. Jacket, priced 5.00 on front flap, has a small hole and an internal tape repair to the front flap crease, some wrinkling to bottom front edge, and some chipping and edge wear at the spine ends but it is still an attractive jacket. There is some light rubbing at spine ends otherwise the covers are very good, clean and the lettering is bright. the binding is tight and the interior is clean. There is a brief note written on the first free end paper. Inscribed "A thing of beauty is a joy forever" signed by the author above a small embossed rose on the first free end paper.
