Signed presentation from La Brie to Earl G. Graves Sr. on the front endpaper: "Earl: For your continued support and enthusiasm, I am forever grateful. Henry La Brie III, 25 March 1975." Graves was founder of Black Enterprise- a media company focused on black entrepreneurship and black businesses. As of 2019, the magazine, founded in 1970, reached four million readers.
