" Dear Mr. Miller, / Enclosed is a xerox copy of our letter to Gary Koeppel regarding your watercolor. Hopefully this letter is satisfactory. / Meanwhile, we would like to reproduce your signature. . . Finally, I trust that Sandi Stahl told you that we will do all in our power to facilitate your signing the 50 copies of Bertrand's book. . . [in holograph, Al Poulin". With the xerox 1 1/2 pg. letter & original mailing envelope. With five promotional BOA inserts - 8" ½ x 5, printed 2 sides black on cream stock, each with a selected poem from the featured book.
