Pen and ink on light card, with an opaque sheet overlaid with red tints (see images), SIGNED by the prolific artist Frank Jennens (see my other two Jennens peices), image 11" x 5.5" (28x13.5cms), date unknown, I have assumed c1940 but this could be 10 years either way, POSSIBLY from "Play Time Stories".
