One of 26 lettered copies, this being letter Q, signed by the translator, Hamish Henderson and the illustrator, Ian McKeever, from a total edition of 300 copies. Single oblong sheet folded concertina style, in printed card folder. Fine copy, as issued. The poet, songwriter and folklorist Hamish Henderson was one of the towering figures in 20th Century Scottish literature. He was the author of the Somerset Maugham Award winning collection 'Elegies For the Dead in Cyrenaica', and the words to the songs 'The John MacLean March', 'The 51st (Highland) Division's Farewell to Sicily' and the incomprable 'Freedom Come All Ye'. Rare signed copy.
