no edition or printing stated only copyright date 1969 - assume 1st, Inscribed to a Former owner, Signed by the Author and Dated "April 1970" on the full title page, very light dusting/soiling to edges of text block with a small purplish dot to top edge, remainder?, price-clipped dj now enclosed in mylar wrap shows edge wear with some scuffing to folds and a thin/faint line of stain along top edge of jacket from fold to rear flap around to fold to front flap - a very small chip with two 1/4" tears along bottom edge of rear panel - a small chip with scuffing along bottom edge of spine - 3" straight tear/cut down from top of fold front panel to flap, illustrated with black & white photographs, maps to front/rear end papers, "President Emeritus of the University of Alaska".
