The program was Nitecaps was more than just a radio show; it was a 12:00 to 6:00 AM call in radio talk show that had its own club, the Nitecaps International Association. This book is full of the recipes sent in by listeners and tested by Chef Frankie before being included in the membership recipe books. A clean very presentable copy.
