Ramsey Campbell provides an introduction to each, but (it must be said) has consistently denied being the author behind the obvious pseudonym. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY CAMPBELL AT THE END OF HIS INTRODUCTION. Very uncommon UK hardcover. Page edges browned (due to cheap paper) else a fine copy in an almost fine dustjacket. First hardcover edition (& 1st printing).
