Quarto (33.5cm); white cloth-covered boards, with titling stamped in black on spine; dustjacket; [6],7-183,[1]pp; black-and-white photographic (halftones) and illustrations throughout. Inscribed by photographer on front endpaper: "For Harlan Kleiman / Irving Penn". Enveloped autographed letter printed, with Irving Penn Studios blind embossed header: "The things you showed me made my mind race. / IP". A Fine copy. Dustwrapper, lightly tanned, with shelf-soil, 5" vertical tear to spine panel (with 1" horizontal tears), 0.5" tear to front panel, and creases, tiny chips, and tears to spine ends and extremities; Good. Publisher's pictorial slipcase with shelf-wear and soil; Very Good. Inscribed to Harlan Phillip Kleiman, screenwriter, Broadway producer, and co-founder of New Haven's Long Wharf Theatre.
