Bound and boxed at Woolnough Fine Bindings using Indian silk & Papier and Inclusions Florales [paper with pressed flowers & leaves in the paper]. [signed]: Peter Blake Michael Horovitz". 7 7/8 in. x 11 ½ in. Endpapers containing pressed, colored flowers, fern leaves, grasses, etc.; title-page printed in green, brown & black with a decorative lettered title; dedication, quotations page. Text is pp. 7-36, followed by the final illustration with author's note on the reverse of the page + signed limitation page. A head-piece illustration and five full-page, mounted illustrations, printed from fine-line blocks in black on white, featuring drawings of natural forms to illustrate the poem. Bound in full, green, textured cloth, pressed flower endpapers, top-edge gilt; preserved in a drop-back clamshell box, covered in light brown cloth, with gilt titling on the spine, and a mounted Peter Blake illustration in green in a recessed section of the front cover, the interior of the box is lined with the pressed flower paper as well. The sides/edges of the cloth-covered slipcase show some light rubbing or discoloration to the cloth. The book is in fine condition.
