An unusual and little known Klein item. SIGNED BY KLEIN, first on the cover on the brodart under Burton's byline--"& William Klein"--and additionally on the half-title, "To ___ / from Elisabeth [sic] / & William Klein." 25 pages; 7 color photographic plates; 5.75 x 8.5 inches.
