The final Masques anthology, a publisher's "PPC" copy identical to the lettered issue of 52 copies with exclusive content and signatures from Ray Bradbury, Richard Matheson. Twenty-six other authors and the editor, J. N. Williamson, also signed the book. This was Williamson's last project?he died before the book was finished. The lettered edition reproduces Bradbury's handwritten note explaining the origin of "The Beautiful Shave" along with its first draft, plus three early drafts of Richard Christian Matheson's "Making Cabinets" with his handwritten corrections reproduced from the typescript. A special frontispiece by Clive Barker appears exclusively in this edition. Notable contributors and signers include Poppy Z. Brite, Ray Garton, Jack Ketchum, William F. Nolan, and Tom Monteleone. 483 pages. First edition. A fine copy in a fine dust jacket and traycase.
