Presumed first printing, hardcover, signed by Goldberger and Haid on the half title page, the book has a skew to the binding, light bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, gentle rubbing to the cloth, and subtle sunning to the spine and head. Overall, this is a solid, clean, Very Good copy in a Very Good+ dust jacket, which has some wear to the spine ends, corners and edges, as well as rubbing to the covers, and sunning to the spine. The jacket is wrapped in Mylar.
