Compiled From Original Deeds and Documents, Examined Abstracts of Title, Kent Rolls, Wills, Etc, by Henry W Aldred First Edition 1889 SIGNED LIMITED EDITION NUMBER ONE Privately printed for the Author in 1889 part of a Limited edition bound in red cloth titled in gilt to the spine, internally 60 pages, the text starts on page three, preceded with two unnumbered dedication pages CONDITION the cloth has generally darkened with marking, lightened areas to cloth on rear cover, some wear at spine ends, small split to cloth at base of spine, internally rear endpapers stained at edges which does not affect any other interior pages, a few minor marks within, some corner creasing to last few pages else in good general condition NUMBER ONE OF A VERY SCARCE LIMITED EDITION.
