Default postage costs are based on orders weighing up to 2.2 lbs, or 1 kg (book + packaging materials). The cost of shipping to Europe by Surface Mail (i.e. Standard Shipping option) is often as much as by Airmail and it is actually higher than Airmail for any package weighing 800 gms or more. As a result, we always ship to Europe by Airmail. Surface Mail can be significantly cheaper when shipping to the Rest of the World so both options are quoted but delivery times can be very lengthy so we do not recommend this service.
