Fore-edge and bottom edge of text block untrimmed. SIGNED by Byrd and the publisher on the limitation/numbering page. INCLUDES original loose flyer advertising Byrd's "prize letter contest." The flyer notes that the deluxe edition had original price of $50 at time of publication = very expensive book. The book has clean covers, speckled dark spotting lower front cover near spine, brown staining lower spine area, slight browning to spine, light tan stain to lower outside corner (margin only) of most photo plates, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, solid binding, Complete with all pages, all plates, all maps.
