Lewis Nixon (1861-1940.), President of the Standard Motor Construction Company, involved in the shipping industry, and strong supporter of the redevelopment of the U.S. Merchant Marine, was an advocate of preferential tarrifs for U.S. shipping. A very good copy with location stamp on the front wrapper, mail fold, contents clean.
