First edition. Small octavo. 133, [20 ads, directory, index] pp. With several illustrations. Moderate general wear and cover a bit soiled, upper hinge starting but sound, front fly and rear endleaves filled with manuscript recipes (including "Doris's Cheese Pudding"), very good and sound. Signed by co-editor Lois Wallace Rider on the verso of the frontispiece portrait of Lebanon Mountain. Includes many Shaker recipes.
