Red buckram, lettered in gold foil. Exterior presents as issued. [xi],272,[7] pp., illus. w/ endpaper maps, internal folding maps, b&w photos at rear. Mild staining to bottom corner and along lower fore-edge of later leaves, mostly very slight, more prominent on final several leaves and rear flyleaf. Color pictorial dust jacket shows mild shelf wear, rubbing and a few short tears and creases along edges, now in mylar. Signed by author on main title page, no inscription or date. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
