Glued binding. viii, 457, [3] p. The author emigrated from Germany to Bolivia in 1939, and relocated to the United States in 1949 where she spent the rest of her life. From internet research, it appears she was born in 1926 and died in early 2015. She enjoyed writing throughout her life, but this appears to be her first, and perhaps only, novel length work. Very good. Signed by author. Inscribed on t-p. First Edition [stated]. First printing [stated].
