Item description from seller

9 1/2 inches. [71] leaves, printed rectos only, including numerous images. Original printed card covers, plastic comb binding. Inscribed and signed by the author on front cover verso. Covers lightly discolored at edges and lightly soiled and worn, covers and contents bent at outer corners, with some creasing in covers. Very good. Cover design and internal drawings and collages by Blazek.
