To Alan Steele, Theodore Francis Powys, East Chaldon, January 26th 1930'. Barry Humphries' copy with his bookplate. Spine browned, else a nice copy. The first of the Furnival books, limited to 550 numbered copies (this copy numbered '4'). Steele was a director at William Jackson and responsible for the Furnival series, amongst much else.
