SIGNED, dated and inscribed to the title page by Mr. Paddock. Like new and appears unread. First edition with number line to one. Light brownish stain to page 73 and a couple of smallish moisture "splashes" to the last blank page, otherwise the interior is clean and unmarked. Boards are clean, corners are sharp and square. Unclipped dustjacket is lightly bumped to extremities, faint damp stain to the foot with minor shelfwear to show. Biography of Ernest Oberholtzer, pioneering conservationist and founding member of the Wilderness Society.
