1st thus 1912. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. Deluxe, limited edition of 250 copies, SIGNED by publisher. Large format. Cream cloth with gilt titles and elaborate black/brown decorations. 20 tipped-in colour plates, with captioned page guards. This is copy 109. SIGNED by publisher. Damaged spine has been repaired - still some chipping. Bumping and wear to corners and cover edges. Front endpaper has been repaired. Some foxing and grubby marks. All plates present. Damp marks to bottom of last pages. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched! Seller Inventory # 2114825
