note on condition - Very Fine = as new; Fine = used but crisp & clean with no
defects; Very good = No defects but some rubbing and obvious but minimal signs
of wear; Good = an average used copy mainly for reading; Fair = a well-worn but
complete reading copy. We describe books carefully but occasionally miss an
