A very nice copy of the first impression with clean pages throughout. The boards are lovely and fresh looking with crisp gilt title lettering on the sine. The edge have become somewhat discoloured, probably from being exposed to sunlight, where they protrude the dust jacket. Not that noticeable except on closer inspection. The book is signed by co-author, Goodwin, dated April '75 "To Geoff and Stan with many thanks and best wishes, John Goodwin, April '75" The page block edge appears toned, probably from sun discolouration. The dust jacket is pretty bright and unclipped, albeit with a hint of edge wear and a touch of sun fading. Great copy in all.

Richardson Rare Books Tel. 01472 823900 was formerly known as Mr. Books which is located on Tonbridge High Street in Kent, England for over 12 years up until July 2017. Due to the sale of the bricks and mortar side of the business it made sense to change the name to reflect a shift of direction. Since then we have been trading online, at PBFA fairs and Bloomsbury Book Fairs, as well as showcases at select antique centres in Lincolnshire. We don't specialise in anything in particular, just rare and fine books on many subjects.
