Also included is the rare fold-out promotional pamphlet, featuring an author bio and excerpt from Infinite Jest. Reportedly 1,000 of these advance copies, signed by Wallace, were issued to reviewers prior to the book's publication. New York: Little, Brown & Co., 1996. Publisher's pictorial wraps; pp. (x), 1,079, [1]. A very good copy. Binding remains firm and square, minor shelfwear with lightly bumped corners, very faint traces of soiling to text block edges. A nice copy with the scarce promotional pamphlet.
