A first edition, first printing published by Hodder and Stoughton in 1955. A very good book with spotting to the page edges - some spotting to the prelims. SIGNED without dedication by Hillary on the front free endpaper. In a very good unclipped wrapper with some pushing to the head of the spine. Chipping to the spine tips and corners. Internal tape repairs. Small chip to the foot of the spine. Rare signed.
