Book has minor cover wear and light soiling thus very good plus. Dj has soiling, wear, small chips and tears. Inscribed by the author, "To my friend and physician Dr. Davenport West etc." An intriguing autobiography from the man who introduced Zombies to the West, apparently enjoyed S&M, ate human flesh and died by suicide the year he inscribed this book. An interesting association copy to his physician given the author's behavior.
