An inscribed presentation copy from the author to his nephews. The full page inscription, neatly printed on the front free end page begins: "For ----- and ----- - Long time no see!" and ends: "I miss you both. Love, Uncle Mike". This message is undated, but is probably pre-publication in late 1977 - the author promises to send more copies to the family "after the first of the year". (Full text available on request).
