First edition, first print, hardback, signed to the dedication page by JK Rowling with a 1998 signature. Signed for the original owner at an event in Glasgow. The book is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity for the signature by The Harry Potter Specialist (Adam Houston), the sole specialist authenticator of JK Rowling's signature. The book is in near fine to fine condition, firm and square; clean and unmarked text block; internally clean. Light and peripheral toning to the page edges. No tears or dog-eared pages. Lightly pushed spine foot, lightly pushed bottom corner of front board (other corners fine), one very small and barely discernible ding to the top edge of the front board. The jacket is the correct first state jacket with the capital 'A' in 'Age' on the front in-flap. Not price-clipped and only very light sunning to the spine. Crease to the bottom corner of the jacket in-flap, otherwise a fine jacket.
