Original publisher's tan boards lettered gilt at the spine. No other inscriptions. With the small attractive bookplate on the first blank (the endpapers have an ancient map of Barbados), showing a bookish owl, of �Oz� publisher, later media tycoon, Felix Dennis (1947 -2014) who owned houses in the West Indies. Small label on cover notes: 'The royalties from this book are given to Barbados National Trust.' Ronald Tree (1897 - 1976) had been married to the designer and gardener Nancy Lancaster and also established the Sandy Lane resort in Barbados. Very good indeed in very good indeed price-clipped dust jacket.
