This 1943 first edition has been dated and inscribed by E.R. Eastman on the fep. There are a child's red pencil markings on the fepthat do not interfere with the inscription.There are no other markings in the book. The edges are a little age darkened and there are a few small spots on the foredge. The spine ends are bumped and a little frayed as are the extremities. There is a small spot on the red cloth cover along with a gold horse and buggy. It is good plus. Language: eng.
