1st Edition 1919 Signed by the author to the endpaper to G Hunter. Possibly Sir George Burton Hunter who was an English shipbuilder based on Tyneside. Eventually becoming the Swan Hunter company. Contains 517 printed pages of text with a frontispiece, a coloured plate, 9 monochrome plates on 7, 9 large folding charts coloured in outline and 4 folding diagrams in pocket at end.Book is very good and bright. Edges lightly rubbed. Contents good. Endpapers slightly age toned. More images can be taken upon request.Ref16906.

Shipping Terms

Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know if extra shipping is required.
All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive. We recommend to all our customers to use the priority shipping as this is a much quicker and secure method of shipment.
All books where possible will be sent in wrap around cardboard boxes and bubble wrapped.
