Red fabric over board covers with gilt titles to spine, slight marks to front but badly water stained/bleached to back. 283 numbered pages including index. Presentation inscription to fep in blue ink signed Leila & Gerald French dated August 11th 1951. Sadly damp from back cover has resulted in mould blotching to last 6 pages affecting part of index. Text clean and unmarked perhaps slightly but evenly yellowed. Colour frontispiece and further b/w photo illustrations and map. Binding tight. Size 16 x 23.5 cm A rare signed copy.
