The first printing of Gold Mine, his fifth novel, adapted into the 1974 film starring Roger Moore, Susannah York, and Bradford Dillman. Signed bookplate by Wilbur Smith loosely inserted. Condition: Fine. Minor pushing at the extreme spine tips; corners sharp; text block fresh and white. Dustjacket Near Fine, unclipped; microscopic chip to the laminate at the crown; a faint score across the front panel, likely a production fault. An excellent copy.
